last year, my wonderfully talented friend took some photos of my family on the beach here in naples. i was so caught up in choosing the perfect photos for our mailer, i chose a few, made my mailer, sent it out, done! i forgot about all the photos that didn't make the mailer. i was so in christmas mode of getting things done, i didn't 'stop to smell the roses or eggnog in this case.' last night, i was sifting through thousands, yes, thousands of photos when i came across my 2007 christmas on the beach folder!!!! couldn't wait to open it and when i did it was like seeing most of them for the first time and i LOVED them.
i can't believe i don't remember these. did i tell kelle how beautiful they are and how they captured my kids so well?!! this may sound silly but, it really was like finding a lost treasure.
these are just a few, but i had to post. i love to put things in blogland even it is old...it's safe now. warm, cozy, safe, forever written where i can go back and look at it whenever my heart desires.
